Screens
ScreensOur Premium subscriptions are based on the number of screens connected simultaneously (smartphones, tablets, computers).
The number of screens corresponds to the number of users or sound zones (reception, retail, cabins, hydro area, waiting room, etc.).
Our Premium Sonos subscriptions are based on the number of Sonos speakers used (one screen can control an infinite number of speakers).
🎁 Free trial
- Offered once per account.
- Available only on plans marked with the “14 days free trial” badge (Premium and Premium Sonos, monthly billing).
- A valid payment method is required at sign-up, but you will not be charged during the trial period.
- At the end of the trial period, your subscription continues automatically and your first payment is processed.
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends from your account area, no charges will be applied.
🧾 Annual payment
Annual payment simplifies accounting management.
You get a 10% discount, which is equivalent to 1 month free over the year.
📅 Term & Cancellation
Our monthly subscriptions are non-binding, so you can cancel them at any time.
If you cancel an annual subscription, it will end on the anniversary date of the payment and will not be renewed.
